Prosperity Achieves 97% Client Satisfaction Rating in 2019

The results are in, and Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC, (Prosperity) achieved an impressive 97% customer satisfaction rating among its clients in 2019. Prosperity is a full-service mortgage banker that specializes in residential and refinance loans, and financed over $6.1 billion in loans last year.

As part of its ongoing commitment to provide outstanding customer service, Prosperity, in collaboration with an independent market research company, surveys its clients after each transaction, asking how well the company and its mortgage consultants performed.

The results showed that 97% of Prosperity’s customers had a great experience working with the mortgage company and 94% would recommend Prosperity to their family and friends. In addition, on average, Prosperity’s customers gave 4.89 out of 5 stars for support, service, level of advice and communication.
