Long & Foster Real Estate’s website was named No. 7 in the community category in REAL Trends’ newest Website Rankings report. REAL Trends is a leading source of statistical analysis for the residential real estate industry.
REAL Trends’ web consultants reviewed nearly 700 residential real estate websites ranked them on excellence in six categories. Companies named to the REAL Trends 500 rankings were automatically entered and additional submissions were accepted online. To earn a spot among the best community pages, sites needed to provide quick and easy searches for towns and communities, making it easier for site visitors to find specific information. They also needed to provide further insight on communities by providing information on amenities, lifestyle, local market data, community facts, maps and images of the community.

REAL Trends web consultants have spent the last six months reviewing 668 real estate websites to rank them in six critical areas. REAL Trends produces the REAL Trends Website Rankings each year. Websites are judged using a list of criteria in five critical areas broken down into categories, including mobile experience, use of video, community pages, property detail pages and design. Sites that scored highest in all five areas were ranked in the best overall category.
