REAL Trends ranks Longandfoster.com among the top 10 of brokerage sites

Long & Foster Real Estate’s website was again honored for its user-friendly design and innovative features this year. Longandfoster.com received accolades in three categories of the 2020 REAL Trends Website Rankings—No. 2 for Best Community pages, No. 6 for Best Property Details content and No. 8 for the Best Overall Website.

REAL Trends produces its Website Rankings each year and is the leading source of statistical analysis for the residential real estate industry. Websites are judged using a list of criteria in critical areas, including design, mobile, seller page, community pages, property details and video, as well as overall. Sites that scored highest in all areas were ranked in the best overall category.

To earn a spot among the Best Community pages, sites needed to provide quick and simple searches for towns and communities, making it easy for visitors to find specific information. They also needed to provide further insight on communities via information on amenities, lifestyle, local market data, community facts, maps and images of the community. Best Property Detail pages give detailed data and information at the demographic and market level. They include mortgage tools, historical sales price, year of sale, tax information, bedrooms, baths and allow users to easily look at comparable sales or related properties.
