Long & Foster Real Estate’s website continues to accrue awards for its user-friendly design and innovative features. Longandfoster.com recently received accolades in three categories of the 2019 REAL Trends Websites Rankings—No. 1 for Best Community pages, No. 2 for the Best Overall Website and No. 3 for Best Property Details content.
REAL Trends produces the REAL Trends Website Rankings each year and is the leading source of statistical analysis for the residential real estate industry. Websites are judged using a list of criteria in five critical areas broken down into categories, including mobile experience, use of video, community pages, property detail pages and design. Sites that scored highest in all five areas were ranked in the best overall category.
Companies named to the REAL Trends 500 rankings, which includes Long & Foster’s parent company HomeServices of America, were automatically entered into the Website Rankings and additional submissions were accepted online. To earn a spot among the Best Community pages, sites needed to provide quick and easy searches for towns and communities, making it easier for site visitors to find specific information. They also needed to provide further insight on communities via information on amenities, lifestyle, local market data, community facts, maps and images of the community.
