Annual conference for top real estate agents set for Oct. 11-14
Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, will hold its 2015 Gold Team Conference at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City, Canada, this fall. Set for Oct. 11 to 14, this year’s event features a mix of networking opportunities and other sessions focused on business development for the company’s top-producing agents.
The Gold Team comprises the leading real estate agents at Long & Foster, and the conference is open only to members of the exclusive team. P. Wesley (Wes) Foster, Jr., founder and CEO of The Long & Foster Companies, Jeffrey S. Detwiler, president and COO of The Long & Foster Companies, and Tim Wilson, CEO of Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC, and president of Long & Foster’s Affiliated Businesses, are among the Long & Foster executives scheduled to speak at the conference. In addition to hearing the latest news on Long & Foster and the industry as a whole, attendees will have the opportunity to tour Quebec City and its attractions.
“Our Gold Team Conference brings together the best agents at Long & Foster for an engaging and exciting event,” said Ira Hersh, president of the Long & Foster Gold Team Board of Directors. “I’m confident the conference will not only support the long-term success of the Gold Team, but also provide our team with networking and idea-sharing opportunities to help us take our business to the next level.”
Gary Scott and Larry “Boomer” Foster, presidents of Long & Foster Real Estate, explained the Gold Team Conference offers the family-owned company a chance to celebrate and recognize its top-producing agents, while also providing them with the knowledge and tools to continue to succeed in the ever-changing real estate market.
“Our Gold Team is second to none in the real estate industry, and it’s a credit to their exceptional customer service and support to buyers and sellers across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast that Long & Foster remains the No. 1 independent family-owned residential real estate company in the country,” said Foster and Scott. “The Gold Team Conference is just one of the many ways we’re able to express our gratitude to our agents and help them to grow and strengthen their careers in real estate.”
