Conference to offer educational real estate seminars, relaxation and more

Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, will hold its annual Gold Team Conference in Naples, Fla. this October.

The conference will feature exceptional guest speakers, leadership development, training and networking opportunities for top real estate agents who have earned the opportunity to participate.

In addition to learning the latest information in real estate, attendees and their guests will be able to enjoy golf, tennis, cycling, tours of the area, a sunset cruise and more with their fellow Gold Team colleagues. Other entertainment highlights include a Roaring 20s-themed dinner and the Brett Foreman Band.

The Long & Foster Gold Team is led by a Board of Directors made up of Long & Foster Companies agents from across the Mid-Atlantic Region.

This year’s conference has a wide array of events and keynote speakers as well as cutting-edge seminars on technology, luxury, marketing and relocation. Some of the featured speakers include:

• LeRoy Houser – Houser is a senior instructor with the Council of Residential Specialist and a Graduate Realtor Institute instructor in several states. He has been a broker and trainer for Long & Foster in Richmond, Va., since 1985. LeRoy will speak on “What’s Hot and What’s Not” in real estate today.

• Bonnie Stone Sellers, Chief Executive Officer of Christie’s International Real Estate – Bonnie will share key points on the value of the Christie’s International Real Estate network and how it can best support agents and their luxury property clients.

• Stephanie Pfeffer, Executive Vice-President Luxury Portfolio International® – Luxury Portfolio International® is the luxury face of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® the largest global network of premier locally branded companies dominated by many of the world’s most powerful independent luxury brokerages.

The conference will be held Oct. 4-8 at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort. The Ritz-Carlton offers three miles of beaches, several dining experiences, a world-class spa, a pool and a variety of water sports.
