Long & Foster Presents Jeremy Garrison and Alan Davis with Wes Foster Award

Honor recognizes commitment to exceptional service

Long & Foster Real Estate has named Jeremy Garrison and Alan Davis as its 2023 Wes Foster Award winners. Garrison is a Field Service Technician in the Information Services department at the company’s home office in Fairfax, Virginia. Davis is a Senior Title Examiner in RGS Title’s Virginia title search department in Gainesville, Virginia. The Wes Foster Award, formerly known as the Foster Family Award, recognizes Long & Foster employees who achieve excellence in customer service.

Nominations for the awards are accepted for any employees who exemplify the organization’s five keys to exceptional service—being accessible, listening, being responsive, having a can-do attitude and caring about their clients and colleagues. The company then presents two $5,000 awards—one to an employee in its field operations and another to an employee within its shared corporate teams—to those individuals who embody that commitment to exemplary service.

Garrison, who joined Long & Foster in 2020, is known for his communication, quick assistance, and follow-up with all technology requests. With quiet effectiveness, he cheerfully works behind the scenes to make sure everyone can perform their jobs without technology issues. He was instrumental in assisting the corporate team during a recent move from Chantilly to Fairfax.

Davis has worked in the title industry since 2001 and has been with RGS Title for more than 10 years. As a title examiner, he enjoys putting the pieces of the title search puzzle together so that each real estate transaction has marketable title.  He also enjoys continuously learning about the industry and working with the title branch teams to provide top-notch customer service and a smooth closing experience to clients.
