Stephanie Erhueh Named New Manager of Long & Foster’s Waldorf and Lexington Park Offices

Stephanie Erhueh, a real estate professional for four  years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Waldorf and Lexington Park, Maryland offices. Erhueh, who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well respected in the local Realtor community.

Erhueh joined the Long & Foster family in 2015, starting as an associate in the Fort Washington, Maryland, office. Since then, she has achieved great success in her business,earning the distinction of being named Rookie of the Year and Rookie Top Producer for the company’s Southern Maryland region in 2016. Her successes and knowledge of real estate led to a new role with Long & Foster as a trainer in 2017, and she began teaching new agents how to propel their real estate careers into the highest levels of success. In 2018, Erhueh was honored with the Long & Foster President’s Club award.

Active in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), Erhueh served for two consecutive years as a member of the Young Professional Network Committee. She was recently named by GCAAR as a 2019 award winner, an honor recognizing high-achieving Realtors who are considered to be among the best in the industry.

Erhueh holds licenses in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in management analysis, contract management and program management for the federal government and the private sector.
