Long & Foster Real Estate has named Renee Daniels as its new Director of Relocation. Daniels, who most recently led relocation efforts at Long & Foster’s sister company, Fonville Morisey, brings decades of industry expertise to her position.
“Renee brings unmatched expertise and knowledge of real estate relocation and referral relationships, and her positive and proactive approach to business and relationship development will bring tremendous value to Long & Foster and its many talented real estate professionals and sales offices,” said Jackie Thiel, president of Long & Foster Real Estate.
In her new role, Daniels will lead Long & Foster’s Corporate Real Estate Services division. She will focus on nurturing and strengthening the company’s partnerships with HomeServices of America (its parent company) and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, as well as various relocation management companies with which it works. In addition, she will seek new opportunities to grow and enhance referral business for Long & Foster’s many real estate agents.
“I’m thrilled to take on this new opportunity to lead Long & Foster’s talented Corporate Real Estate Services team. Working together, I’m confident we’ll further strengthen our mobility and relocation opportunities for our real estate agents, clients and business partners,” said Daniels.
Daniels has worked in relocation throughout her career, starting as an account executive for an international temporary housing company. She later joined another relocation network before becoming part of Fonville Morisey in 2012. With Fonville Morisey, a Long & Foster company, Daniels identified new business opportunities for the company and its associates, developing cutting-edge programs to grow their sales.
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Daniels also earned her Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC, a mobility industry association, and LeadingRE. She has received numerous honors for her relocation and mobility achievements, and she is active in the local business and trade community.
