The report ranks the top residential real estate firms in over 125 different metropolitan markets, by closed transaction sides and sales volume. Long & Foster earned the No. 1 position in both closed transaction sides and sales volume in Baltimore, Md., Richmond, Va., Roanoke, Va., and the Washington, D.C., metro area (Washington, D.C./Arlington/Alexandria).
