10,000 presentations now created by the Long & Foster sales force
Just a few months after launching its all-new presentation solution—Presentation PRO powered by TouchCMA—Long & Foster Real Estate has hit a milestone with the interactive tool. On Oct. 15, the company’s 10,000th presentation was built in Presentation PRO, the comprehensive marketing and presentation solution that Long & Foster sales associates use to build listing, selling and marketing presentations.
“At Long & Foster, we’re committed to providing our team with the resources they need to succeed in real estate, and Presentation PRO does just that—allowing our agents to create for their clients compelling, well organized and informative presentations about their specific opportunities to buy and sell real estate,” said Barry Redler, chief marketing officer at The Long & Foster Companies.
Elizabeth Hipps, a sales associate with the company’s York/Peninsula sales office in Yorktown, Va., was the creator of Long & Foster’s 10,000th Presentation PRO presentation. It was only Hipps’ third presentation built in the tool, and she had plans to present it to her clients in the coming days. Hipps, who recently completed training on Presentation PRO, said she has found the tool very user-friendly and flexible in how it’s used, especially in that it allows her to email presentations with interactive competitive market analyses (CMAs) directly to clients.
Available via any Internet-enabled device or through an iPad app, Presentation PRO presents easy-to-read, localized market information that’s easily shared between Realtors and their clients. Additionally, current MLS data is integrated into the system, providing real-time competitive market analyses (CMAs) that deliver in-depth market information. Presentation PRO also features INRIX Drive Time, which outlines commute times between prospective properties and nearby hospitals, parks and other attractions, including frequently visited locations like a client’s office.
