This report ranks top real estate professionals by sales volume and transaction sides, noting the leading agents in each state and metropolitan area. It certainly is not an easy task to be included on this list. An agent must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in volume in the last year. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in volume.
In Delaware, Carol Quattrociocchi ranked No. 5 in individuals by sides. Long & Foster’s teams held four of the top 10 spots for teams by sides and by volume. The Mottola Group ranked No. 3 for both categories, followed by Erik Hoferer & Associates at No. 7, The Leslie Kopp Group at No. 8 and Levy Wilson at No. 9. For teams by volume, The Leslie Kopp Group earned the No. 2 ranking, followed by The Mottola Group at No. 3, as mentioned, Levy Wilson at No. 7 and Erik Hoferer & Associates coming in at No. 9.
In Maryland, The Maryland and Delaware Group ranked No. 5 for teams by sides. For the team volume ranking, The Banner Team earned No. 7 while The Maryland and Delaware Group ranked No. 10. Cheryl Leahy earned the No. 10 position for individuals by volume.
In Pennsylvania, The Art Herling Team ranked No. 2 for teams by volume and No. 4 for teams by sides within the Philadelphia metro area (Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington).
In Virginia, seven Long & Foster agents earned a spot in the top 10 list of individuals by sides or by volume. For individuals by sides, Darin Greear ranked No. 5, followed by Charity Cox at No. 6, Meghan Oliver at No. 8, and Kyle Hause at No. 9. For individuals by volume, Laurie Mensing ranked No. 3, Chris White placed No. 8 and Lilian Jorgenson ranked No. 10.
Debbie Dogrul Associates placed at No. 3 in teams by volume and No. 5 in teams by sides in Virginia, while The Yeatman Group ranked at No. 4 in teams by volume and No. 6 in teams by sides. KK Homes took the No. 10 slot in teams by sides.
In Washington, D.C., Cihan Baysal placed No. 2 in individuals by transaction sides and Kimberly Cestari earned No. 8 for individuals by volume.
