As we wrap up our 50th anniversary at Long & Foster, we wanted to give you a peek into our marketing archives. In publishing our anniversary book—Agents First—we unearthed a number of prize materials from over the years. From a photograph of our founder, Wes Foster, being carried on a chariot at a top producer event in Italy to our original, UPS brown-and-yellow banners, we brought Long & Foster’s history to life piece by piece.
One item stood out in the abundance of collateral—a 1977 brochure entitled “Long & Foster Realtors: We give you the two things you’re looking for when you look to a Realtor.” While the photographs were dated and the numbers no longer correct, its story held true—Long & Foster agents have the knowledge, training and expertise to help buyers and sellers achieve success.
To close out our anniversary celebrations, we updated that brochure, reimagining it for today’s home buyers, sellers and real estate agents. We’re doing what we’ve done for the past 50 years and will continue to do for the next 50 years—maintaining our commitment to innovation and excellence, all for the love of home.
