Tina Holt, a real estate professional for more than 20 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.’s Oceanfront Office, located at 317 30th Street, Virginia Beach, Va. Holt, who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well respected in the local Realtor community and is a native of the Hampton Roads region. She is Residential Marketing Master and holds the additional designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert.
