Nancy King has been named as the sales manager for Long & Foster Real Estate’s Kempsville, Virginia, office. King, who has been a real estate professional for over 11 years, will also provide support to the managers and agents at Long & Foster’s Norfolk and Suffolk/Smithfield offices. She previously served as the sales training manager for the company’s Norfolk and Suffolk/Smithfield offices.
King, a Virginia Beach native, began her full-time real estate career in Virginia in 2006 and quickly became a top-producing agent at Long & Foster’s Ocean Front and Norfolk offices. She had originally been licensed in North Carolina in 1987 and also held a real estate license in California. In 2007, she received the company’s Outstanding Service Award for her office, and she has received numerous Circle of Excellence Awards from the Hampton Roads Realtors Association. King has also served as a board member of the Long & Foster Gold Team, which includes the company’s top agents.
