Salisbury-based team ranked 101st in REAL Trends’ The Thousand list
The Maryland and Delaware Group of Long & Foster Real Estate has been named as one of the top real estate teams in the nation. The Salisbury, Maryland-based team ranked 101st out of 1.3 million agents nationwide on REAL Trends’ annual The Thousand list, based on its 2017 transaction sides.
Brandon Brittingham leads the Maryland and Delaware Group in the Delmarva region and Douglas Gardiner oversees the team’s operations in western Maryland. They have recently added The Southern Maryland office in Waldorf, Maryland. The team heavily focuses its efforts on integrating leading technologies and marketing tools in all it does to ensure clients are equipped with the information and assistance they need to find their next home or investment property. The group promotes its listings front-and-center on the web using top-notch search engines, and its agents are highly trained in negotiation to help sellers receive the highest price possible and to help buyers achieve their goals.

In total, seven teams and two individual agents from Long & Foster were named to the REAL Trends list. Now in its 13th year, The Thousand list ranks the top 250 individual agents and the top 250 teams categorized by transaction sides and sales volume, as well as the top 50 individual agents and teams by average sale price.
