Real estate brokerage gives back to local communities with annual event

Midlothian, VA – Thousands of real estate agents and employees with Long & Foster Real Estate, including those at the Village of Midlothian office, rolled up their sleeves and took part in the company’s annual Community Service Day.

The Village of Midlothian office decided why just have one Community Service Day, when we could have a Community Service Month, by collecting food for summer school students at Falling Creek Elementary School through June and July. ” No child should go hungry and, unfortunately, some students depend on the school for breakfast and lunch during the winter months and would not get that during the summer school program. With the help of the generous agents at the Village of Midlothian office, eight bags and eight backpacks filled with food were delivered to the school,” said Joan Dorsey, Manager.
