Long & Foster Real Estate, will participate in the company’s Community Service Day on June 23rd. The office, located in Gaithersburg, MD will join the brokerage’s over 150 offices in the day of giving back by volunteering at Nourish Now at 397 East Gude Dr., Rockville, MD. Nourish Now, who partners with the American Heart Association, is helping to end hunger through food recovery. They are a sorting and distribution center. Our office will be at their facility on June 23rd sorting and distributing food.

“We are building an ongoing relationship with the American Heart Association. It started with the Heart Walk on the Mall last November. We are continuing our relationship through participating in various volunteer activities, including volunteering with Nourish Now. As an office we will participate in the Heart Walk on the Mall this Nov. 1, 2025.,” said Janice Raffel, manager of the North Potomac/Rockville Office.

Long & Foster sales associates and employees from throughout the company will participate in a variety of volunteer activities during Community Service Day. In past years, these activities included cleaning up, refurbishing and repairing nearby parks, schools, shelters, homes and day care centers, and providing other assistance to local organizations that offer crucial services to the community.
