Suzi Padgett, manager of Long & Foster’s Columbia, Maryland office is proud to announce the agents in her office reached their market share goal of supporting Long & Foster’s family of companies including partners at RGS Title, Sage Title Group, Prosperity Home Mortgage and Long & Foster Insurance Agency.

The Columbia office held an event to celebrate this important milestone of reaching market share of 60% in title, 40% in mortgage and 20% in insurance. Attendees from Long & Foster’s home office included Jeffrey S. Detwiler, president & chief executive officer of The Long & Foster Companies, Tim Wilson, president & chief marketing officer of Prosperity Home Mortage,  Brian Haug, senior vice president & divisional sales manager of Prosperity Home Mortgage, Patrick Bain, president, Long & Foster insurance & property management, Karen Reifert, senior vice president, field operations & business development, Long & Foster Insurance and  Cindy Ariosa, Long & Foster’s senior vice president & regional manager of Baltimore/W. Maryland regions.

Core service partners for the Columbia office, as well as agents and staff, including Sales Manager Caitlin McKenna and Vice President/Branch Manager, Suzi Padgett were honored. Detwiler spoke at the event and discussed the importance of providing the all-inclusive experience known as LF1 to best serve clients.

In 2018, Detwiler challenged the office to achieve this high level of service. The Columbia office is the first large Long & Foster office to reach this high level of collaborative achievement.
