Real estate professionals gather for a morning of connection, conversation and swapping

VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia September 22, 2026 – Long & Foster Real Estate’s Coastal office recently hosted its first Coastal Collective — A Bring & Take Exchange. Hosted by Amber Garwood and Jennie Burge, the event brought agents and staff together for a relaxed morning of connection, creativity and fun.

Each participant brought 10 of the same item to share and exchanged them for 10 different items brought by others. From candles and mugs to treats, home items and more, the creativity and generosity participants brought to the exchange created a wide variety of items for everyone to enjoy.

Guests also enjoyed drinks and light breakfast items throughout the morning. The event offered a casual opportunity for agents and staff to spend time together, connect outside of the usual workday routine and leave with a collection of fun finds from their colleagues.

Following the success of the first Coastal Collective, the Coastal office has decided to bring the event back with a holiday edition in November. Additional details will be shared with agents and staff closer to the event.
