New quarterly bring-and-take exchange brings agents and employees together to share, connect and discover new favorites

VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia, August 28, 2026 – The Oceanfront-Coastal office of Long & Foster Real Estate will host its first Coastal Collective: A Bring & Take Exchange on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the office, located at 800 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach. Hosted by Amber Garwood and Jennie Burge, the new quarterly tradition is designed as a fun, low-pressure way for colleagues to connect, share and discover something new.

Participants are invited to bring 10 new items they would genuinely be excited to receive themselves and will then choose 10 items from the exchange to take home. Items may be made, baked or purchased and can include treats, beauty products, home goods, office finds, candles, books and other small surprises. Participants may spend up to $50 total for all 10 items, although spending the full amount is not required.

The Coastal Collective is designed as a fun, low-pressure way for colleagues to connect, share and discover something new. Participants are invited to bring 10 new items they would be excited to receive themselves—whether made, baked or purchased—and then choose 10 new favorites to take home. Items can include treats, beauty products, home goods, office finds, candles, books and other small surprises, with a suggested total budget of no more than $50.
