Award granted to agents impacting nationwide Hispanic homeownership
Congratulations to seven Long & Foster Real Estate agents who have been named to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Top 250 Latino Agents list. The annual awards recognize top-performing agents whose commitment and hard work has impacted the rate of Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country.
Juan Umanzor, of the Bethesda Gateway office was recognized in two categories: No. 14 in Top 100 Teams by Transactions and No. 17 in Top 100 Teams by Volume.
Paul Marston of Long & Foster’s Silver Spring Downtown office also ranked in two categories: No. 236 in Top Individual by Transactions and No. 56 in Top 100 Individuals in the Southeast.
Claudia Sarmiento of the Woodbridge office placed in two categories: No. 250 in Top Individual by Transactions and No. 58 in Top 100 Individuals in the Southeast.
Jordan Garcia of the Lewes office ranked No. 68 in Top Individuals in the Northeast.
Barbie Summers of the Oceanfront/Coastal office was recognized as No. 79 in Top Individuals in the Southeast.
David Osorio of the Oceanfront/Coastal office placed No. 84 in Top Individuals in the Southeast.
Violeta Aguirre of the Kent Island office ranked No. 100 in the Top Individuals in the Southeast.
