Karen Kidwell and Dontae Carroll, senior vice presidents and regional managers for Northern Virginia, have announced that Long & Foster Real Estate will hold a free career seminar from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17 at their new training campus located at 4440 Brookfield Corporate Drive in Chantilly. The seminar will feature a panel of successful newer agents who will talk about their experiences getting started in real estate and answer questions.

“We’re always looking for talented, driven individuals to join Long & Foster,” said Kidwell. “This career seminar is a great opportunity for those who have been thinking about becoming a real estate agent to learn more about our offices in the region and the process of getting a real estate license.” Carroll added, “I am excited that they’ll be able to talk with some of our best new agents about what it’s like to work in real estate.”

In addition to the panel of agents, a number of brokers from Long & Foster’s Northern Virginia offices, including Alexandria, Annandale, Burke, Gainesville, Leesburg, Manassas, Reston, Sterling and Warrenton, will be available to share information and answer questions. Each attendee can enter into a drawing with a top prize of a free pre-licensing class in Chantilly worth $199.

Attendance is free and open to the public, but those who wish to attend must register by noon on May 17. To register, visit http://www.cvent.com/d/j5qp5p or contact Rebecca Herman at 703-653-8340 for questions.
