Long & Foster’s Baltimore Offices to Host Community Service Day

June 1, 2026

Event allows real estate agents, brokerage to give back to the local community

Lutherville, MD June 1, 2026– The Baltimore offices of Long & Foster Real Estate will participate in the company’s Community Service Day on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The office, located in Lutherville, MD, will join the brokerage’s over 150 offices in the day of giving back. Our project is to create fun snack bags for the Baltimore Hunter Project with donations from our agents. The bags will be distributed to local children in need.

“Last year began a new tradition at our offices as we prepared hundreds of bags and we look forward to making lots of children happy again this year” said Jay Weitzel and Guy Sabatino, managers of the Baltimore offices.

Long & Foster sales associates and employees from throughout the company will participate in a variety of volunteer activities during Community Service Day. In past years, these activities included cleaning up, refurbishing and repairing nearby parks, schools, shelters, homes and day care centers, and providing other assistance to local organizations that offer crucial services to the community.

“Community Service Day allows our team to make a positive impact on our local communities, and our agents and employees thoroughly enjoy this opportunity to contribute their time and effort,” said Patrick Bain, president and CEO of The Long & FosterCompanies, parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Whether it’s through our annual Community Service Day or one of our other charitable projects, we’re truly glad to give back.”
