The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Monk holds membership in the Bucks County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Monk has been living in the Doylestown area for almost 30 years. He has worked as an educator and coach in the local schools and education has always been important to him. He grew up in Lebanon, Pa., and attended Lebanon Valley College before transferring to West Chester University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in health and physical education.

While in college, Monk served his country as an Army Reservist and is a veteran of the United States Army. He also earned a master’s degree in school counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University and his communication skills and ability to understand and work with people are wonderful assets that he uses to guide clients through the buying and selling process. Monk is ambitious, knowledgeable and eager to develop his real estate career.
