The office will be managed by Chris Ducey, who has been a part of the Long & Foster family for more than 25 years. Ducey most recently served as managing broker of three Long & Foster offices – Bethesda, Woodmont Avenue and Takoma Park. Ducey will oversee operations and business strategy for the new office, providing broker support, helping agents build their businesses and close transactions. He will also lead the 350-agent team with education and training programs, helping them take advantage of the many company-provided solutions to ensure their ongoing real estate success.
