April Vanaman, a real estate professional for over five years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Wildwood office, located at 6201 New Jersey Ave. in Wildwood Crest, N.J. Vanaman,who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well respected and active in the local Realtor community.

Vanaman has been in the real estate industry since 2009 and began her real estate career in North Cape May, N.J. After several years at competing local brokerages, she joined Long & Foster as a sales associate in 2014. During her real estate career, she achieved great success, leading her own team, the Vanaman Team, to over $6 million in annual sales. Her experience as a team lead well positioned her for real estate management, and she earned her broker’s license in 2014.

She also belongs to the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Cape May County Association of Realtors.
