Experienced brokerage leader joins Jeremiah Ganeto in leading office of nearly 300 agents
Long & Foster Real Estate has named Angie Montgomery as co-manager of its powerhouse One Bethesda office. Montgomery will work with Jeremiah Ganeto to lead the office’s nearly 250 agents, helping them build businesses and deliver exceptional service to their clients.
A Buffini-certified mentor, Montgomery brings more than 15 years of real estate leadership, brokerage management, coaching and business-development experience across Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Most recently, she served as branch vice president and managing broker of Weichert Realtors’ Alexandria Old Town office, where she focused on attracting productive agents, strengthening retention and building a collaborative culture rooted in trust and strong relationships.
“Angie understands what agents need from their brokerage and their leaders to succeed,” said Kenneth Fagan, senior vice president and regional manager for Long & Foster in Maryland. “Her experience in coaching and business development, paired with Jeremiah’s expertise in real estate sales, marketing and leadership, will provide strong support for our agents as they build their businesses and serve their clients. We’re pleased to welcome her to Long & Foster.”
Before joining Weichert, Montgomery served as assistant regional director and lead broker for Maryland with Keller Williams Capital Properties. She previously spent more than a decade as a managing broker with AveryHess, Realtors, and began her real estate career with Llewellyn Realtors, which became part of Long & Foster through an acquisition in 2013. An associate broker licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., Montgomery works with agents at every stage of their careers, helping them identify opportunities and make sound business decisions.
“I believe everyone has something to learn and something to teach, and that’s how I approach working with agents,” Montgomery said. “I look forward to partnering with Jeremiah and getting to know the One Bethesda team. For me, success should fit the person building it. I want to help agents get clear on what that means for them and build businesses that support those goals.”
Ganeto has led One Bethesda since 2023 and has been with Long & Foster for more than two decades. Together, he and Montgomery will help agents make the most of the company’s technology, professional development and integrated real estate services, including mortgage, title, insurance and home inspection, to support their clients and build lasting careers with Long & Foster.
“I’m looking forward to working alongside Angie and combining our strengths to build on the One Bethesda team’s tremendous success,” Ganeto said. “We bring different perspectives to the challenges and opportunities our agents face, and that’ll allow us to learn from each other and collaborate closely to help every agent move their business forward and deliver the best for their clients.”
