Colman previously served as the office’s sales manager

Maggie Colman has been named as managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s top-producing Greenville, Del., office. Colman most recently served as the office’s sales manager and over the past decade, she has played an integral role in guiding the team to becoming Long & Foster’s No. 1 location by units.

Colman brings over three decades of real estate expertise to her new position. Most recently, she led new agent training for Long & Foster across Delaware, as well as oversaw ongoing career development programs in the Greenville office. She relied on her extensive sales training and continuing education background in those roles, and that helped her to attract and retain a leading team of Realtors to the Greenville office.

Prior to joining Long & Foster’s Greenville office in 2014, Colman served as branch manager at the brokerage’s Pike Creek office in Wilmington. There, she helped agents to grow their sales through strategic marketing and business development, as well as a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Before joining Long & Foster, Colman worked in both sales and management at a competing brokerage. There, she specialized in new associate sales training and continuing education, as well as corporate events. She also launched and directed a home services division at her prior brokerage, supporting the firm’s ancillary businesses.

A Delaware native, Colman graduated with a degree in business finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Md. In addition to supporting her local Realtor associations, Colman is active in her community, supporting local businesses, schools, charities and sporting events.
