Sage Title Group, a part of Long & Foster Settlement Services, is pleased to announce it has opened a new office in Richmond. A grand opening celebration date will be announced soon.

The new office is located at 9030 Stony Point Parkway. The office is led by Matt Medaries, managing attorney and regional manager at Sage Title Group. Medaries has nearly 20 years of experience operating and managing title offices. He will oversee the expansion of Sage Title Group offices in the Richmond region.
