Yanira Rodriguez has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Capitol Hill office in Washington, D.C. Rodriguez, who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well respected in the local Realtor community.
A native of the D.C. metro region, Rodriguez first joined Long & Foster’s administrative team, where she worked for five years, learning the ins and outs of the business before earning her real estate license in 1997 and becoming a full-time agent in 2002. For several years, she served as the technology trainer in Long & Foster’s D.C. region teaching agents how to leverage the company-provided tools to grow and develop their businesses. Rodriguez has been a sales manager at Long & Foster’s Chevy Chase Uptown location for the last 18 months, providing its sales associates with training, support and education.
