Howard has been affiliated with the Kitty Hawk/OBX office for four years and is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, Albemarle Association of Realtors, and Outer Banks Association of Realtors.

Howard was born in Mount Vernon, Washington State. He has lived in Hampton Roads since 1998, first living in Virginia Beach and eventually moving to Currituck, North Carolina.

Howard’s mother is also an agent and while he was growing up, she took him along to many showings and meetings. After going off to school to study political science, he realized that Real Estate was his real passion. Within six months of gaining his Virginia sales license, he also obtained his North Carolina broker’s license with the intent of serving both states from the lower Outer Banks area to the south side of Hampton Roads.

In his free time, Howard enjoys being outside, relaxing on the beach or by the pool.
