Frederick has been affiliated with the Kitty Hawk/OBX office for 12 years and is an active member of several associations including the Outer Banks Association of Realtors, Hampton Roads Association of Realtors, Albemarle Association of Realtors, and Prince William Association of Realtors. He recently became licensed in Maine.
Frederick holds the professional designation of Certified New Home Sales Professional. He has been a Circle of Excellence award winner as well as a member of Long & Foster’s Gold Team.
Born in Portland Maine, Frederick has grown up in Real Estate. He spent time as a child with his father at his real estate brokerage firm in Scarborough, Maine and as an adult he worked in property management before becoming an agent with Long & Foster. Frederick’s love of the ocean has led him to be successful at helping his clients find their dream coastal homes in both North Carolina and Virginia.
When not working, Frederick enjoys taking walks and spending time with his wife Dawn and their dogs. He looks forward to many more years with Long & Foster.
