She will be working with The Art Herling Team. This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Sugerman will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Sugerman has been in real estate for five years, specializes in residential and commercial sales and serves the Montgomery and Bucks county real estate markets. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. She said she was drawn to The Art Herling Team of Long & Foster because it was an opportunity to join an award-winning group of agents.
Sugerman has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in psychology, both from Boston University. She also holds an MBA in marketing from Temple University. She currently resides in Lower Gwynedd, Pa., with her husband and three children and enjoys running and yoga.
