Paul Collins Jr., to Lead Long & Foster’s Grove Office

Paul Collins Jr. has been named managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Grove office in Richmond, Va. In his new role, Collins will lead the Grove team of sales professionals in growing their business, providing exceptional client service and continuing Long & Foster’s legacy as the local real estate leader.

With more than 30 years of experience in residential real estate, Collins brings a wealth of knowledge in brokerage management, agent development and affiliated business partnerships. Over the course of his career, he has launched and operated multiple real estate offices, overseen large agent teams and developed innovative training programs designed to elevate agent performance and client satisfaction.

Before joining Long & Foster, Collins held a variety of senior brokerage and leadership roles throughout the Richmond area and beyond, where he built successful teams and strengthened business operations across real estate, mortgage, title and insurance services.
