This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Alviggi, who has experience in new home construction, will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Prior to joining Long & Foster, Alviggi spent more than 26 years working in new home construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Montclair State University. He resides in Furlong, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Danielle, and his daughter, Rafaela.
