Patti Moore, a real estate professional for more than 10 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Salisbury, Md., office. Moore brings to her new position a wealth of experience in residential real estate sales and business operations, having led her own brokerage for several years.
“Joining the Long & Foster family presents an amazing opportunity for me, and I’m thrilled to lead the fantastic team of real estate professionals in Salisbury,” said Moore. “Long & Foster is known for attracting high-caliber sales associates and clientele by providing the best and latest tools, technology and training, and I look forward to helping our agents build their careers in real estate and further growing the Long & Foster brand in our region.”
After several years of operating her own brokerage, Moore merged the company with a local real estate franchise. She most recently served as manager of that facility, where she focused on recruiting and retaining top real estate professionals while also building market share. Her passion for real estate lies in training new agents and helping sales associates to develop and grow their own businesses, and she’s eager to bring these skills to Long & Foster.
“Supporting today’s real estate sales professionals takes a highly knowledgeable, experienced leader,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We are confident that adding Patti to the Long & Foster leadership team will result in the synergy on which our agents thrive. This is how our company has continued to help local buyers and sellers meet their homeownership goals for the past 45 years.”
Moore holds her Associate Broker license in Maryland and Broker’s license in Delaware. She has taught continuing education courses for several real estate schools and most recently lead real estate pre-licensing and practice classes at Wor-Wic Community College. Moore belongs to the Delmar New Century Women’s Club and was recently nominated as the organization’s new president. She is also a member of Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury, Md.
She lives in Delmar, Md., with her husband, Kenny Moore. When the couple are not working or volunteering in the community, their time is spent with family, including their three children, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters.
