This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Dayoub will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Dayoub has been in real estate for 22 years. She said she chose to come to Long & Foster to learn something new and work on expanding resale and new construction activity. Her various awards and affiliations include the ReMax Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and an appointment to the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (2014-2020). Dayoub resides in Upper Gwynedd and has a daughter, Spensor, who lives in Los Angeles. Dayoub enjoys running, working out, traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends and visiting her daughter in Los Angeles.
