Long & Foster Real Estate has appointed Lynn Kemmerer as the new managing broker of the company’s Easton, St. Michaels, Cambridge and Denton offices on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. She will assume the role at the end of August.
Kemmerer brings more than 20 years of real estate leadership and sales experience to her new role. She most recently managed Long & Foster’s Fairfax Centre and Reston offices in Northern Virginia, and during her tenure there, the offices were recognized among the company’s top locations for growth and delivery of the All-Inclusive Real Estate Experience.
Before managing the Reston and Fairfax Centre offices, Kemmerer led Long & Foster’s Professional Development division, creating and delivering award-winning agent training programs across the company. Prior to her roles in leadership, Kemmerer was a top-producing real estate agent specializing in luxury properties in Great Falls, Va., on the Potomac River. Earlier in her career, she worked in technology training and project management for a government contractor in the Washington, D.C., area.
“Lynn has a deep understanding of real estate operations, agent growth and client service, and we’re thrilled to have her bring that experience to the Eastern Shore,” said Kenneth Fagan, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster in Maryland. “Her leadership will be a tremendous asset to our teams in Easton, St. Michaels, Cambridge and Denton, helping them to leverage the many tools and resources we deliver to grow their businesses, including our All-Inclusive Real Estate Experience.”
A longtime visitor to the region, Kemmerer bought a home in Easton in 2021 and is moving from Fairfax County, Virginia, to live on the Shore full-time. She’s excited to deepen her connections in the local community and support agents as they grow their business in one of Maryland’s most dynamic markets.
