Long & Foster’s Top Leaders Serve in Multiple Leadership Roles

Long & Foster Real Estate strives to give back not only to the communities in which its team members live and work, but also to the industry that has supported us so much over the years. The company and its agents do so by volunteering with the many Realtor associations and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) boards and committees.

Below are a few of the many Long & Foster team members in Richmond who are giving back to their local, state and national real estate organizations in leadership roles.

  1. Joan Dorsey, managing broker at Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian, South Boston, and Victoria offices, will serve a second term as President of the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR). Joan also serves as Director on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Board.
  2. Jim Dorsey, a sales manager with Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian, South Boston, and Victoria offices, was elected by the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service (CVRMLS) and continues to serve on its Board.
  3. Melissa Grohowski, a Realtor with the Village of Midlothian office, was elected by the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service (CVRMLS) and continues to serve on its Board.
  4. Mari Kotze, a Realtor with the Midtown office, will graduate from the RAR’s Leadership Development Academy Class this year.
  5. Nancy Steinke, manager with Long & Foster’s Tri-Cities/Southpark office has been elected by the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors (SVAR) to serve as President for a one-year term and continues to serve on their Board of Directors.
  6. Eileen Knode, a Realtor with the Tri-Cities/Southpark office, has been elected by SVAR to serve as Treasurer and continues to serve on their Board of Directors.
  7. Larry Lewis, a Realtor with the Tri-Cities/Southpark office was elected by the CVRMLS and continues to serve on its Board.
  8. Kevin Wilberger, a manager of Long & Foster’s Charlottesville and Staunton/Waynesboro offices, was elected by the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) and continues to serve on its Board of Directors.
  9. Tabby Fisher, a Realtor with Long & Foster’s Augusta office, was elected by the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors (GAAR) and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
  10. Beth Dalton, managing broker at Long & Foster’s Grove and Centerpointe offices, serves as Director on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Board.
  11. Dare Tulloch, a Realtor with Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian office, serves as Director on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Board.
  12. John Vandersyde, branch manager of Long & Foster’s Strawberry Street office was elected by Richmond Association of Realtor’s to serve on its Board of Directors through 2026.
