Larry R. Lewis, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tri-Cities Southpark office, has been elected to serve on the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service (CVRMLS) Board of Directors. The board is responsible for assuring that CVRMLS continues to provide an outstanding level of products and services offered by its participants and subscribers to the public and its users and that it adheres to its policy of strict compliance with antitrust laws. Lewis will serve on the board for two years.

A Realtor since January 2009, Lewis has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Tri-Cities office since 2017. Lewis, a member of the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors has received the following association honors: Rookie of the Year, Realtor of the Year, two-time Associate of the Year, Honor Society, Lifetime Sales Award, and the Team Sales Award. In addition, Lewis holds the advanced real estate designations of Graduate Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource.

Lewis has been an active member of the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors for 15 years. He previously served on the association’s Board of Directors as a Director, Treasurer, President-Elect, President, and Past President. Lewis has also served on the association’s Grievance Committee, Legislative Affairs Committee, Awards Committee, Leadership Development Action Committee, Special Events Committee, and Transition Team. He presently serves as committee chair of the Finance Committee and the Realtor Public Action Committee. Lewis served as a member of the CVRMLS Committee, CVRMLS Board and is a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors Public Action Committee.
