Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, is pleased to announce that Stephanie Myers has been named as the Best Real Estate Agent in Carroll County by the Carroll County Times’ Carroll’s Best awards. Readers of the publication selected Myers, an agent in Long & Foster’s Taneytown office, for the annual award. Long & Foster also earned recognition as the Best Real Estate Agency in Carroll County in the issue.
Myers, licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania, began her real estate career 30 years ago and has been recognized by Realty Alliance as being in the top 1 percent of all real estate agents in the United States and is a member of the Founder’s Club of the Gold Team of Long & Foster. She holds a number of advanced designations of real estate, including Graduate, Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist. She is also a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Realtors Leadership Academy and is a relocation specialist.
Myers serves as a trustee for the Carroll County Association of Realtors Foundation, and has served as director for the Carroll County Association of Realtors. Additionally, Myers has served as the president of the Carroll County Association of Realtors, where she has also spent many years serving on the board of directors and participating on numerous committees. She has also served as a board member and vice president of Mid-Atlantic Realty Services, a Realtor association-owned lockbox service provider.

Myers, who graduated with her bachelor’s in business administration and economics from Western Maryland College, has received numerous industry awards and honors, including as a top producer, as a two-time winner of the Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year award, Realtor of the Year and the Realtor Community Service Award, among others. She enjoys spending her time volunteering for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and CCAR Foundation. She resides in Carroll County with her husband, Jeff, whom she has two children with. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and gardening as well as enjoying the company of her Yorkie dogs.
