Long & Foster Real Estate has announced that its Roanoke, Oak Grove, Botetourt and Franklin County offices, located in Roanoke, Daleville, and Rocky Mount, Virginia, recently took part in the Feeding Southwest Virginia Donation Drive in November and December.

The Long & Foster offices teamed up with the Sage Title Group’s Roanoke office to co-host the food drive together. Throughout the drive, over two dozen agents, employees, clients, family, and friends donated more than 100 nonperishable food items.

Feeding Southwest Virginia’s mission is to “nourish neighbors, engage community partners, and develop solutions to address food insecurity.” The food bank is an affiliate member of Feeding America and for the last four decades, the food bank’s ultimate mission has remained the same: eliminate hunger in the region.

 “I am thrilled to know the donation drive was successful with agents, employees, clients and so many others donating,” said Jeff Reynolds, manager of the Roanoke, Franklin County, Oak Grove and Botetourt offices. “At Long & Foster, we love to give back to the community that we are thankful to be a part of.
