Real estate brokerage gives back to local communities for annual event
The Oceanfront/Coastal office of Long & Foster Real Estate collected “Notes for Neighbors”. The Oceanfront/Coastal office of Long & Foster Real Estate collected handwritten holiday cards and then distributed them to local retirement homes and rehab facilities in the Virginia Beach area.
This was the fourth annual Notes for Neighbors campaign held by the office and team members collected 154 handwritten holiday cards. After counting and collecting the cards, staff will divide them up and deliver them to each facility. “We love being able to make sure that each resident gets a little bit of holiday cheer,” said Tina Holt, senior vice president and regional manager of the Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina regions. “This has become a beloved tradition, and the office intends to continue it in years to come.”
Agents and staff of the Oceanfront/Coastal office participated in this annual event. Together, they brought so much joy to seniors in local rehab facilities and nursing homes. Next year the team members hope to collect and deliver even more cards.
