The Fred C. Morene Rookie of the Year Award is given to a new member of the Realtor organization who has been a full-time real estate licensee for 18 months or less. Sales volume, mandatory association participation and civic activities are considered.

Terkper has been a professional in the real estate industry for the past 16 months. Terkper has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and homeland security from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Terkper lives in the Greater Richmond Area and in his spare time plays trombone and volunteers as an EMT. Terkper enjoys going to the beach, looking for the best tacos and going to VCU basketball games.
