Kevin Wilberger, manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Charlottesville and Staunton/Waynesboro offices, has been appointed by the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) to serve on its Board of Directors. The board is responsible for taking the recommendations from the various committees and acting upon those recommendations for the betterment of the association. Wilberger will serve on the committee for three years.

A Realtor since 2019, Wilberger has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Charlottesville and Staunton/Waynesboro offices since 2019. Wilberger has served on CAAR’s MLS Committee, the Building Evaluation Project Team, and previously on the Budget Committee.  

“I take joy in helping realtors be as successful as they can be, and I believe being on the Board of Directors will allow me to help our CAAR members grow professionally,” Wilberger said.

Wilberger has been an active member of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors for four years.

Wilberger is the recipient of several awards, including Long & Foster’s Rising Star Award and the 2020 Outstanding Service Award. A Charlottesville native, Wilberger and his wife, Suzanne, continue to live there and enjoy all the area has to offer. Wilberger is well respected in the Charlottesville real estate community and is involved in various philanthropic endeavors in Tanzania and Honduras.
