The PSA certification provides real estate professionals with specialized training in pricing properties, developing comparative market analyses, communicating pricing strategies to clients, and using market data to help clients make informed decisions. 

Njoku is dedicated to developing her expertise as a Realtor and works tirelessly to assist her clients. She spends time assessing hyper-local markets, volunteers to support open houses, is actively available in the office for consumer walk-in support and assistance, and continually looks for opportunities to expand her knowledge.
