Two offices merge to prime real estate near Mosaic District

The Fairfax and Annandale offices of Long & Foster Real Estate have merged and relocated to a new and more modern facility. Now located at 3060 Williams Drive in Fairfax, the office is conveniently situated near the vibrant and bustling town center known as the Mosaic District. With its mix of retail shops and restaurants, as well as entertainment and activities, the Mosaic District is a popular destination for residents throughout Fairfax County and the region.

The new Fairfax Mosaic office features a combination open-plan and private design for maximum collaboration and business development. It is easily accessible to home buyers and sellers in the area and is home to over 100 Realtors, who are experts in the local real estate markets in Fairfax and the surrounding areas. The office has prominent signage for the building, which can be viewed from Route 50.

Within the office, there are fully upgraded networking and phone systems, ensuring the team has state-of-the-art technology to do their jobs. A wall of glass windows fills the room with natural light, creating an airy workspace that is designed for partnership and productivity. The expansive open area comprises much of the office’s space.

Contemporary desks are available for anyone to use in the open area. A café-style workspace features high-top tables and stools, booth seating and a comfortable space with sofas for agents to gather and collaborate. Several private offices are also available for the company’s Realtors and teams, providing a quiet area for agents to build their businesses. In addition, Long & Foster’s prestige partners, RGS Title, Prosperity Home Mortgage, Long & Foster Insurance and Long & Foster Property Management have dedicated offices there.

Although it’s an easy walk from the office to the Mosaic District, a complimentary shuttle is available to transport agents and clients to the Mosaic District and the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro station. Other building amenities include plenty of free parking, an outdoor patio area with picnic tables, as well as an on-site café and fitness center.

“At Long & Foster, we’re dedicated to having the best trained and best equipped agents in the business, and this new office helps us to accomplish those goals—giving us a contemporary and functional workspace that promotes collaboration and education,” said Gary Cuff, manager of the Fairfax Mosaic office. “Fairfax has a thriving real estate market, and we’re in a prime position to grow our team and even better support the homebuyers, sellers and investors in our local market.”

“There’s a lot of energy and pride in this neighborhood and Long & Foster is thrilled to be a part of it. Our new sleek, modern and open office space will be perfect to host community events such as educational workshops for neighborhood residents,” said Karen Kidwell, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster’s Northern Virginia/West Virginia region. “We look forward to growing our presence and giving back to this community while continuing to support buyers and sellers throughout Fairfax County. As a company, we strive to provide our agents with everything they need to succeed in real estate and provide best-in-class customer service.”
