Vice President Janet Rubino and her group of agents at Long & Foster Real Estate’s Devon office achieved phenomenal results for their buyers and sellers in the month of July. Despite the long closure of the market due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) earlier this spring, Devon’s office sales were up by 71% over last July, resulting in $78 million in sales in one month.  The real estate group, ranked No. 7 in the entire company, has over 240 active listings – 40 are luxury listings over $1 million and 100 are new construction homes.

Rubino’s real estate career has been diverse and well-rounded, not only through real estate sales and management, but also through teaching.  She is a state-certified real estate instructor in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, teaching Pre-Licensing, Federal Fair Housing and Continuing Education classes at several well- known institutions including Immaculata University and Penn State.
