Long & Foster Real Estate’s Devon office, led by Vice President Janet Rubino, achieved tremendous results for their buyers and sellers in September.

Rubino’s team produced over $57 million in sales, closing over 126 units – ranking No. 5 for units sold, as well as No. 8 for volume of sales among all of Long & Foster’s 165 offices across seven states and the District of Columbia.

A 40-year veteran of the real estate profession, Rubino and has been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate. As a sales associate, Rubino achieved outstanding results almost immediately, winning Rookie of the Year in her first year. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer throughout her career and has been honored with many top awards for sales as well as for customer service.

Upon entering management, Rubino’s success continued with Manager of the Year honors many times and her sales offices continually set new sales records. Rubino has managed branch offices for three renowned Delaware Valley real estate companies during her career and she has spurred every office to new sales heights and levels of achievement.

She has also developed each company’s new homes marketing program into highly successful endeavors, representing many of the region’s best-known builders. Her managerial skills and knowledge have directly impacted her sales staff, and she has trained and managed many top producing agents throughout the Delaware Valley.
